CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
By accepting, you (“Recipient”) agree with ArcheMatch, Inc. and Gary
Sinderbrand (collectively, “Discloser”) as follows:
1. Confidential Information. The “Ask Archie” application,
its coaching content, responses, prompts, methods, archetype models, frameworks,
user interface, and the fact and contents of this preview are the Discloser’s
confidential and proprietary information.
2. Non-Disclosure. Recipient will keep the Confidential Information
strictly confidential and will not disclose, publish, demonstrate, screenshot,
record, or share it with any third party.
3. Limited Use. Recipient will use the preview solely to evaluate it
and provide feedback, and for no other purpose.
4. No Reverse Engineering. Recipient will not copy, reverse engineer,
scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying content, data, or methods.
5. Ownership. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property
of the Discloser. No license or right is granted except the limited evaluation
access above.
6. Term. These obligations continue until the information becomes
public through no fault of Recipient.
7. Recording & Improvement. You understand and agree that the
questions you ask and the responses you receive are recorded and may be
reviewed to evaluate and improve the coaching experience.
